The Fix for American Democracy

 The fix for America: 

  • Democrats and the few GOP who actually still have their souls get together, boot Johnson, elect Thomas Massie as Speaker. Impeachment immediately pursued and Trump convicted and removed from office.

  • Iran War stopped as quickly and in whatever the best way is possible (it's not going to be pretty as this is a lose lose for us).

  • State Charges Filed against all ICE agents suspected of breaking the law... any laws and taken into custody.

  • ICE immediately disbanded while the Special Counsel appointed to root out corruption and wrongdoing in the DOJ are investigated. 

  • ICE budget rescinded and fund redistributed. (TBD)

  • All government contracts for private prisons immediately revoked. Special Counsel appointed to investigate said companies for fraud, waste, abuse, conditions, rights violations etc. 

  • Trump taken into custody and all charges reinstated from prior to him taking office. (J6 and top-secret docs) Bail denied.  

  • All cabinet members immediately removed. 

  • Jack Smith nominated and approved for Attorney General and a Special Counsel appointed for each department including Doge to investigate wrongdoing, indict, arrest and hold without bail.  

  • At a minimum, Clarence Thomas and Alito impeached, removed and investigated in regards to January 6th. 

  • Every member of congress who voted against certifying the 2020 election are immediately expelled and a special counsel appointed to investigate all of them for complicity in regards to January 6th. 

  • A Special Counsel appointed to investigate Trump corruption, Treason in regards to Russia and anywhere else it makes sense, money-laundering, theft of government funds (Venezuelan oil and who knows what else.)

  • All Elon Musk contracts revoked. Special Counsel appointed to investigate his role in the 2024 election and his role in Doge. 

  • All Trump executive orders immediately rescinded. Charges investigated and additional indictments handed down regarding unconstitutional / illegal orders. 

  • Fox News and Newsmax shut down. A Special Counsel appointed to investigate them for conspiracy to overthrow American Democracy starting with J6.

  • All News Media Companies including Print Media, restructured to be not for profit corporations.

  • DC and PR immediately granted statehood.

  • Citizen's United ruling overturned.

  • Term limits - 2 terms for Senators, 3 terms for Congress people.

  • Whitehouse "De-Trumpified".

  • Tom Homan Prosecuted by the DOJ for taking Bribes.

  • Charges reinstated against Ken Paxton.

  • Additional charges explored for indicting all J6 insurrectionists who were pardoned.

  • Additional charges weighed against all Trump pardons.

  • Retirement age for SCOTUS justices.

  • Once we have a legitimate SCOTUS again, all state voting maps must be reviewed.

  • Special Counsel to investigate Pay to Play presidential pardons.

  • DOJ investigation into Kushner's activity with Russia.

  • DOJ investigation into potential Trump / Russia treason.

  • Let's not forget Scott Pruit for his bullshit during Trump 1.

  When I wrote my laundry list of how to fix American Democracy, it was meant as a start, not an end. I've always known that things would get bad for us and in my view, they will get worse before they get better; but in the end, we are going to win. The complicit partners and the cowards in the GOP will support the epic orange piece of shit until the moment his actions scare them more than the man himself. And that time is rapidly approaching. With this Iran mess, the fool has found his Waterloo. Donald Trump is incapable of doing anything other than making things worse and at every step we must keep track of every law he breaks and every time he violates both his oath and the constitution.
